1. REGISTRATION OVERVIEW

NO NEED TO REGISTER!! BROWSING OUR AVAILABLE INVENTORY IS FREE!! The only time one needs to register is when the client is seriously interested in purchasing a vehicle. You only have to register once and you are ready to bid through your ISA buyer account.You will be issued a unique buyer number once your account is activated. We screen all of our bidders before we activate their buyer account. All information submitted to us on the REGISTRATION PACKAGE is validated by ISA. THERE IS NO ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE. YOU MUST SUPPLY US WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT ON YOUR REGISTRATION PACKAGE. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

2. REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. On the top right menu of the ISA web site click on the "MY ACCOUNT" tab to begin.
2. Once you have arrived onto our login page, click on the "Create an account"
3. Now you are on our Insurance Salvage Auctions "Registration page"
4. Please fill out all the required fields and read the ISA "Terms and Conditions" section.
5. Once you are done read all the ISA "Terms and Conditions". Click on the submit button.
6. Once you have successfully registered you will have to print out our Registration Package.
7. The package must be completely read, signed and all the fields must be filled out. Please attach a copy of your driver's license and/or passport when sending us your application. You can email it to Manny@EliteRebuildableCars.com or Fax to 718-504-4056. If we do not receive your registration application within 48 hours after creating an ISA buyer account, your account will automatically be deleted.
8. Once we receive your signed registration package and valid photo identification. Our ISA agents will validate all your information. Once all your information checks out. You will be sent an auto-mated email from the ISA website.
9. Once your account is active you will have the ability:

A. To bid on 1000's of vehicles located throughout the USA and Canada
B. Direct Communication with ISA agents
C. Request and Pay Vehicle appraisals
D. Add Vehicles to your Watch List
E. Auto-mated Bid Managing System
F. Check Your Balances and Invoices
G. Pay for all Services right from your buyer account.
H. Counter bid an Insurance company if your offer is rejected

3. BROWSING AVAILABLE INVENTORY

You can browse thousands of vehicles located at Insurance Salvage Auctions all over the United States. You can filter your search by Make, Model, Region, Damage Type, Sale Dates and Title Type. Be sure to go over all the details of the vehicle, review all the photos and ask any and all questions before you submit your offer. If you are not sure of something on a vehicle, contact us. We will assist as best as we can. Keep in mind the only photos available for the vehicle are posted on our site. If you want one of our experienced salvage buyers to physically look at the vehicle, it's an additional $250 non-refundable fee. This service is optional and must be paid in advanced whether you buy the car or not. They will call us and give us photos and a written break down of the vehicle and all the damage. You can pay for this service through your buyer account. You can authorize us via email to charge the credit card you have on file with us or we can email you a PayPal invoice.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All offers must be submitted by 9:00PM EST the evening the auction ends on the ISA site. You must check your buyer account regularly. We only send out notifications when you have "WON" the vehicle and the balance is due. If you are the high bidder by 9PM EST, the credit card you supplied us with at the time of registration will be processed with a 20% Security deposit of your offer amount. If you do not want us to use the credit card you supplied us with, you must contact us before 10AM EST the following morning and specify how you will fund your account. Any security deposits over $9000 USD must be sent by bank wire transfer. Call 1-888-9-BID-FOR-U for immediate assistance.

4. BIDDING PROCESS

Making an offer enters you into a legal binding contract for ELITE REBUILDABLE CARS (aka ISA) to pursue the purchase of a vehicle from any one of our vehicle suppliers. If ISA wins the auction, full and final payment is due within 48 hours from the moment the vehicle is awarded to us.

Place an offer only if you're serious about purchasing a vehicle and your finances are in order. In the event you default on a vehicle you forfeit your security deposit and that will be used to pay a relist fee to the selling agent. IN THAT CASE YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!

KEEP IN MIND: THE AUCTION MIGHT STATE THAT THE KEYS ARE PRESENT, IN THE EVENT THE KEYS ARE LOST OR STOLEN, ISA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE. THIS ALSO GOES FOR ITEMS THAT ARE LOST, STOLEN OR EVEN DAMAGED AT AUCTION OR DURING TRANSPORTATION OF YOUR VEHICLE. WE ARE SIMPLY AN AGENT BIDDING ON YOUR BEHALF. THE VEHICLE IS NEVER IN OUR POSSESSION. ALL VEHICLES ARE TOWED DIRECTLY FROM THE INSURANCE SALVAGE AUCTION TO A LOCATION THAT THE BUYER REQUESTED. WE ONLY DEAL WITH LICENSED AND BONDED CAR CARRIERS. WE CAN ASSIST WITH FILING A CLAIM BUT THIS MUST BE BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE VEHCILE.

5. BID APPROVAL - COUNTER BIDDING - VEHICLE RESERVE

Even though you are the high bidder on a vehicle, the Insurance Company or vehicle supplier can still reject your offer. Most of the vehicles offered by the Insurance Companies have what is called a reserve or minimum bid. Meaning, they need a certain dollar amount for the vehicle. These vehicles will not be released for less than that value, however, that value is not (and will never be) disclosed publicly. The only way they do disclose what the Insurance company needs for the vehicle, is when you are the high bidder. You can either counter bid (raise your offer) or we can tell them to "re-run" the vehicle for the following week. Keep in mind if you "re-run" the vehicle, there is a good chance that there will be someone else pursuing the same vehicle the following week. You can see all updates and manage the counter bidding feature right from your ISA buyer account.

TIP Please make "realistic" offers on vehicles. For example you are not buying a 2008 BMW M3 for $2000 in any condition. Please do any and all research, price out parts, check the book value and if possible bring the photos of the vehicle to a body shop and get a marginal estimate to repair the vehicle. You can search and price parts at your local authorized dealer or search for used parts on www.Car-Part.com.

6. ISA ® Security Deposit

If your bid results in highest eligible offer by 9PM Eastern Standard Time the day the auction ends on the ISA ® site, it is the buyers responsibility to submit a minimum $500.00 or 20% of your offer security deposit or whichever is greater.

You have 4 options for security deposit:

1. Bank Wire Transfer (Recommended): is preferred because they are faster and more cost efficient. It is also easier for us to refund Bank Transfers to our clients.
2. Paypal.com: If you are a paypal.com user please specify what your account email is at the time of registration, so that we may invoice you properly. All PayPal deposits are subject to a 3.5% service charge that PayPal charges. All PayPal Refunds are subject to a 10% refund processing fee. Contact us with any questions or concerns regarding PayPal's refund policies.
3. Credit Card: Once you are notified by ISA ® that you have been awarded a vehicle you automatically authorize ISA ® to charge the security deposit on the credit card information provided to us at the time of registration. No account will be activated unless a valid credit card is supplied to us at the time of registration. No credit Card will be charged unless you are the high bidder and have been awarded a vehicle. If you do not want to use the credit card you supplied to us, you must contact us upon receipt of that a vehicle has been awarded to you. All credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. All credit card refunds are subject to a 10% refund processing fee. Contact us with any questions or concerns regarding credit card refund policies.
4. Google Check Out: All Google deposits are subject to a 3.5% service charge that Google charges. All Google Refunds are subject to a 10% refund processing fee. Contact us with any questions or concerns regarding Google's refund policies.

7. FINAL PAYMENT

ITS IS BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK BUYER ACCOUNT REGULARLY. WE DO NOT SEND OUT NOTIFICATION EMAILS UNLESS YOU WON THE VEHICLE. AT THAT POINT YOU MUST REMIT FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT WITH IN 48 HOURS VIA BANK WIRE TRANSFER OR CERTIFIED CHECK PAYABLE TO ERCNY LLC DRAWN IN U.S.D. FUNDS ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS!! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR FINANCES ARE IN ORDER. Once we receive payment we will then email you a final Bill of Sale showing that your vehicle is paid in full with a $0 balance. You must sign the bill of sale and fax it back to 718-504-4056 along with a copy of your driver's license or passport.

NOTE: PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THERE ARE ADDITIONAL FEES THAT THE AUCTION CHARGES, TRANSPORTATION AND OUR FEE ON TOP OF YOUR BID, THIS IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.THESE FEES ARE LOCATED IN OUR REGISTRATION PACKAGE THAT YOU MUST SIGN AND FAX IN BEFORE WE ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT. IF YOU DO NOT SUCESSFULLY PAY FOR THE VEHICLE WITH IN 48 HOURS A $100 A DAY LATE PAYMENT FEE WILL BE APPLIED. AFTER 5 BUSINESS DAYS IF YOU DEFAULT ON THE VEHICLE, YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. THE REASON FOR THIS IS BECAUSE ONCE WE OBLIGATE OURSELVES TO A VEHICLE, ISA IS REQUIRED TO PAY FOR IT IMMEDIATELY. IF WE DO NOT PAY FOR IT WITH IN 5 DAYS THEY WILL IMMEDIATELY RE-LIST THE VEHICLE AND ISA IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A RELSIT FEE WHICH IS 20% OF YOUR BID. WE HAVE TO PROTECT OURSELVES WHILE PROVIDING THIS SERVICE TO YOU.

8. TITLES AND DOCUMENTATION

There must be a $0 balance on your invoice in order for all necessary paper work has been completed. Then it is time to mail you your Title of Ownership for your purchased vehicle. ISA will send your title via UPS Ground Service or FED EX EXPRESS saver delivery, we will not overnight titles for vehicles unless you provide us with your UPS or FED EX account number (or pay for shipping in advance via PayPal). The whole process can take anywhere between 7 & 10 business days from the time we receive your final signed Bill of Sale.

PAPER WORK FEE: There is a $55.00 fee that must be paid to ISA prior to us sending you your title. This fee applies to both motorcycles and automobiles. This fee will be added to the price on your final invoice.

9. VEHICLE TRANSPORT

ISA is not a shipper and does not transport vehicles. However, we can are required to arrange transport to your desired location or country. Customers are not allowed to go to the insurance company's facility to pick up their vehicle. Only ISA can arrange for the vehicle to be removed from the facility as per our agreement with the Insurance Companies and their authorized facilities.
